STORE POLICIES

Item Availability
All items for purchase in the website are in stock, unless otherwise noted. The items will be usually shipped 2 or 3 days after the order date. If for any reason the item ordered is out of stock, we would contact you and inform you on the new delivery estimate depending on the backorder time from our vendors. If this is the case, we will keep you informed on the order status periodically and we will make our best effort to deliver it as soon as possible. In case the buyer states that he or she does not want to wait for the backordered item, we will issue a refund.


Special Orders

Taxes
We collect sales tax on all orders shipped to a California resident or shipped within California at a rate of 9.25%.

Shipping
Your order will be sent using USPS Priority Mail.


Refunds and Returns
We are committed to quality and excellence and would like you to be happy and 100% satisfied with your order.
For all returns, please contact us by email at service@andesbyhand.com and reference the order number. We will give you a Return Identification Number to put on the package as well as the return address. Please pack your item carefully and send it back to us through any reliable carrier with a tracking number. The refund amount will be for the full product value paid but please note that we do not refund shipping charges. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. The refund will be issue as soon as we receive the undamaged product back in our warehouse.


Exchanges
We are happy to help you with any exchanges. We accept exchanges within 30 days of the product being received by the customer. Please contact us by email at service@andesbyhand.com. We will give you an Exchange Identification Number to put on the package as well as the return address. Please pack your item carefully and send it back to us through any reliable carrier with a tracking number.
